Join Lazy Birders, Neha and Vinish, at the Morro Bay Bird Festival as we walk you through our birding experience, nature journaling, and bird photography. Our trip welcomes beginners who want to explore the world of birds and those with some experience who enjoy sharing their birding stories in a relaxed setting.

Late risers need not fret; the call isn't for a 6 a.m. wake-up. Instead, join us at (a leisurely) 10 a.m. in the Morro Rock parking lot. Expect a stroll around Morro Rock to explore the resident and migratory birds on the rocky habitat and the bayside. Bring your enthusiasm, a pair of binoculars, and your choice of beverage(s). Optionally, bring a camera with a telephoto zoom or lens, paper and pencil for sketching, and a portable chair.
